Software Installation Note

Models 1685B/1687B/1688B

There are two software options available for download that supports the model 1685B, 1687B, and 1688B DC power supplies.

1. HCS Operating Software (168xB_hcs_software.zip)
2. pscs Operating Software (168xB_software.zip)

HCS Operating Software (168xB_hcs_software.zip) supports 168xB power supplies with hardware versions R2.7 and below.  
pscs Operating Software (168xB_software.zip) supports 168xB power supplies with hardware versions R3.2 and above.

Please verify your hardware version by checking either the label on the rear of the unit or version shown upon power up of the unit.
